Our aim is to identify factors that affect viability of a building in terms of economical, ethical, sociological & sustainable parameters.
Our Feasibility Study is a powerful tool that we as design professionals use to evaluate all of the key aspects of a potential project. These include design opportunities, timescales, financial and legal implications of the proposed works.
PRE-DESIGN STUDY INCLUDING DETAILED SITE ANALYSIS
We start out all projects identifying requirements that may be placed on a project, that may be required for zoning, special use permits, zoning adjustments that may be desired or required. We define the capacity of the site, setbacks, zoning requirements and limitations, and required presentations to neighborhood associations. Before any design work begins, the necessary due diligence is required.
